It’s a fact, I’m a huge snacker. I love having little tasty, home-made treats that are easy to grab, and that are full of delicious ingredients that serve me in ways a bag of chips can’t!
One of my favourite snacks to prepare for the week, is a loaf. Cold, hot, with a little bit of butter and voila you’re a happy camper, plus it’s perfect for the kid’s lunch box.
So, if you’ve got some time over the weekend have a go at trying this recipe below. It’s been my favourite go to recently, as my family has a mix of gluten and dairy-free requirements, making it perfect for all!
