How exactly do we do this?

I offer a range of 1:1 programmes where we connect either online or face-face on a weekly or fortnightly basis, depending on what works for you.  Key programmes include: 


One-off power session. 

1 month programme - 4 x 60minutes sessions. 

3 month programme - 10 x 60minute sessions.


Each programme is tailored specifically for your needs, however along the way we will:

  • Explore what’s important to you in regards to your personal health and lifestyle.

  • Create clear, practical and empowering goals for you to work towards throughout the journey.

  • Strip away your old beliefs and limiting thought patterns that are holding you back from moving forward.
